Refund & Returns

Instead of returning item(s), you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability, every return has a carbon footprint. So just email us and tell us what went wrong within 30 days upon receiving the item(s), send along a picture, and we will refund the payment to you in full. Then, if possible, you can donate the unwanted item to a local charity, or recycle it.

If you didn’t receive your package within the ETA specified for each individual item, please no worries, just email us with your order info, and we’ll either send you a new one or get you a full refund.

Please note: we do not issue the refund if your order didn’t arrive due to wrong shipping address.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get what you expected, just email us and let us know within 30 days upon receiving the item(s), and we’ll get you a new one.

Order Cancellation

We will start to prepare your order for packaging and arrange it for shipping as soon as we received your order, therefore, please kindly understand that all orders can't be cancelled once it's confirmed.

Gift Cards  

Gift Cards are not returnable as they're virtual products. In the event that you changed your mind and request a refund or change to a new gift card, please email us within 7 days of your purchase.
