Shipping time varies by country and location. These are our estimates:

*The “Days” refers to the working days and this doesn’t include our 1-2 working days processing time.

- If the your country is not mentioned above, that means we are unable to ship to the country now. However, we're working closely with our logistic partners for more countries, and we will keep this page updated.
Our order processing time typically takes 1-2 working days.
Q: Why processing time?
A: To ensure customers receive our products in good quality and correct variations such as size, design, color, etc., we will inspect every single product thoroughly before dispatch. During festival seasons such as Christmas, Halloween, New Year, etc… the average daily orders are expected to be higher than usual, hence processing time may be longer as well, please no worries, based on our years of experience, the maximum processing time will not exceed 2 working days.
We are responsible for all customs duties/taxes/fees once the items have been shipped, so that we can ensure all our valued customers will have a peace-of-mind shopping experience with us!
