Processing Time
Our order processing time is 1-3 business days.
Q: Why so long?
A: To ensure customers receive our products in good quality and correct variations such as size, design, color, etc., we will inspect every single product thoroughly before dispatch. During festival seasons such as Christmas, Halloween, New Year, etc… the average daily orders are expected to be higher than usual, hence processing time may be longer as well, please no worries, based on our years of experience, the maximum processing time will not exceed 3 business days.
Customs Duties/Taxes/Fees
We are responsible for any customs duties/taxes/fees once the items have been shipped, so that we can ensure all our valued customers will have a peace-of-mind shopping experience with us!
However, by purchasing our products, please consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you separately when they arrive in your country.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping, tracking is not available, please contact us by sending an email for tracking information. Due to logistic reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
