1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, PayPal, ApplePay.

2. When will I be charged?

You will be charged when your order has been confirmed.

You will receive an email with an order confirmation.

3. How long will it take for my order to ship?

Generally, orders may take 1 to 2 working days to fully process and ship your order, this is to ensure customers receive our products in good quality and correct variations such as size, design, color, etc., we will inspect every single product thoroughly before dispatch.

During festival seasons such as Christmas, Halloween, New Year, etc… the daily orders are expected to be more than usual, processing time may be longer as well.

4. I'm living in overseas, can I buy your products?

Currently, only Singapore and Malaysia are available for shipping and delivery, other countries are not available at the moment.

5. How do I know if my order shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a link to the order confirmation page.

If you are a registered user, simply log in to your account, alternatively, you can always track your order here.

6. Can I make changes to my order after I've placed my order?

Once you placed an order, we will start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.

So please make sure you check your personal and shipping information twice before placing an order.

7. How do I track my order?

To track your order, please visit tracking page, enter your tracking number, or order number with your email.

You will then be able to view the shipping details of your order.

8. Can I cancel or get refund?

We're trying our very best to ensure our products meet your requirements! Once the product has been ordered, we will immediately prepare your order for packing and booking a shipment, therefore, the order can't be cancelled once it's confirmed. However, we understand that sometimes you may chose the wrong size or color, or sometimes the products may have some minor defects. Don't worries, if this happens, please contact us for a exchange or refund. Please view our Refunds, Returns and Exchanges Policy for more details.

9. What is your product line?

We specialize in clothing and accessories sized from 6 months to kids up to 16 years old.

We understand that some kids may grow faster and bigger in size than others at the same age, in order to choose a correct size for your kid, please check the size guide on the product pages.

10. Do you have a size chart?

Yes, we do! We don't have a generalized size guide because the cuttings of different styles varies, and the sizes of girls and boys also differ.

Therefore, we have included size guide for every product in our shop, you can simply find it on each individual product page.
