All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Due to the wide range of collections on our website, although SUNJI MISE collaborates with reliable and reputable manufacturers, it is possible to observe slight size differences between them. Customers are responsible to review the Size Guide and to choose the right item before placing an order. However, if you have reviewed the Size Guide but still find that the size is not fit for your child and you would like to have a return or exchange, please contact our customer service by email: [email protected] within 30 days from the date of receiving your item.
