Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Please send us an email  or chat with us and let us know your requests.

Please note: Once the packing and shipping process have started, the order cannot be cancelled anymore. Therefore, please contact us within 12 hours upon order confirmation, and we will refund the payment to you in full.

Refund & Returns

Instead of returning item(s), you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability, every return has a carbon footprint. So just email us and tell us what went wrong within 30 days upon receiving the item(s), send along a picture, and we will refund the payment to you in full. Then, if possible, you can donate the unwanted item to a local charity, or recycle it.

If you didn’t receive your package within the ETA specified for each individual item, please no worries, just email us with your order info, and we’ll either send you a new one or get you a full refund.

Please note: we do not issue the refund if your order didn’t arrive due to wrong shipping address.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get what you expected, just email us and let us know within 30 days upon receiving the item(s), and we’ll get you a new one.
